The day before, my friend had visited first and was told that the GentleMax Pro device had not arrived yet and would arrive in a month. I wondered if the device had arrived in one day, so I asked the counselor, and only then did she tell me that it wasn't the GentleMax device but the Apogee machine, and that it was fine too. So I just got the procedure done that day.. But as time passed, I don't feel so good. Shouldn't the counselor have told me this in advance? And isn't there a difference in the price of the procedure depending on the device? The hospital must have advertised that the GentleMax Pro is a good device.. Honestly, I feel a bit cheated.
