Something came up on my double eyelid line, so I went to get that area and other procedures at the same time, but I had to wait because there were a lot of people. The double eyelid line procedure that they said I could check after I visited was not done on that area when I pointed to my eye, but I didn't understand why they said I could check after I visited. Also, even after I went in for treatment, they just kept giving me laser treatments, so I was frustrated and asked how long it would last, and they said I had 18 minutes left, but I guess they were upset, so they put the machine away and went into another treatment. Also, the pack wasn't removed properly, so I tried to remove it myself, and only then did they say they would remove it again, and they didn't give me skin lotion at the end, so I went back to my room and asked for basic care. The director is thorough and good at the procedure, but the reservation + management room feels like a mess. I think it would be better to just get filler lasers performed by the director himself, so there's no waiting.
