I visited here after a friend recommended it to me, and it was incredibly cheap!! I also like that it’s open on Sundays!!

The hospital felt clean overall, and both the waiting area and the treatment area were clean, which was nice. It seemed like they put a lot of effort into cleanliness.

Everyone is friendly, but it seems like they don't communicate well. Last month, when I went for laser hair removal consultation, they said I could pay as many times as I wanted, but this time, they talked about a flat-rate ticket and said I could only pay for one time? I made time to go, but I was shocked.. I wonder if they're trying to induce me to pay for the flat-rate ticket.. It was a really disappointing first laser hair removal session because I lost trust. I go because it's close to my house.

I've been visiting since last month, and I can definitely see my skin getting better with the treatment, so I like it~~

My friend and I went to get our moles taken care of. There weren't many people so we didn't have to wait long to get in. I got a consultation from the manager and he asked me why I didn't get a consultation before my friend came. I didn't even tell him but it was a bit weird that he was asking me. Getting the mole removed didn't hurt that much. I didn't put all the stickers on and just rubbed them off so the area around my philtrum was only removed after 3-4 days and only left a scar. It wasn't completely removed ¥¥

The price and treatment method are so different compared to other UNI dermatologists. Instead of injecting the solution four times, they injected it once and placed it four times, so I don’t understand how they can price it as four times, and I was shocked when they said that it is covered by real cost insurance but is processed as cosmetic and not covered by insurance. If I had been informed in advance, I would not have chosen a different hospital or received treatment. There was no explanation in advance, and it was a very unpleasant experience as a result. From now on, I plan to use a different UNI dermatology clinic, even if it is a little farther away. It could be my fault for thinking that it would be similar just because the name UNI is the same, but how can I positively accept a situation where a treatment that costs 20,000 won at another branch costs 90,000 won here?
